This programme offers a hybrid style of coaching for those that are unable invest in my bespoke 1-1 coaching, or those who want a little more independence on their journey

You will still get my 1-1 support through bi-weekly mini check ins. Coach contact throughout the week with tips, advice & educational content to help you on your journey

With full access to my app for daily accountability to track nutrition, training, daily habits. Where there are also 100’s of recipe ideas & exercise videos

The aim of the programme is to give you some accountability and build some structure & routine to your health & fitness journey, with my guidance. So you finally have the energy & time to prioritise YOU!
